This was a terrible tragedy. The Steen family has suffered at least 4 tragic losses regarding young men from that family, dating back to the early 1980s. I was a close friend of Vincent's cousin, Mark Steen. He was murdered and his body left in his vehicle in front of my home in Tulare, Ca (a mere 20 miles from Porterville), in 2001. The Tulare police have never arrested anyone for that crime. Mark's father Rick Steen, committed suicide in 1982, and Mark and Vincent's uncle also named Mark Steen, died in a horrific electrocution accident in the family pool in 1980. Endless heartache for these folks... almost like a curse. I hope that before I die I know who murdered my friend and left him so close to my home.

damn...I knew mickey back in the day when we were in elementary. he was a cool guy and a childhood friend. we were all so innocent. i would have never ever thought it would end like this. I had expectations to cross paths once again.. and we would have at CCC... probably could of helped him out in making his life straight too. well.. we shall cross paths again one day.

I am very educated and a professional as well, and this type of behavior, and words are very typical of the "peace officers" I have done personality profiles on. It's about anger, (rage in this case!) control, & abuse, them thinking they are above the law, some of them treating the public with little respect, using physical force, & not tolerating ANYONE else's opinions, but theirs. They generally all feel they are above the law, that they should decide what is needed force! I can tell you this, that of the several hundred personality profiles I've done on "cops" they generally ALL fall into the F category...(fascist behavior) Google personality profiles & you will see what it entails.The paragraph above written by a roughneck, raging, hateful person is NOT one who is going to serve and protect...but BULLY, TORTURE, ABUSE at times as that is what Cowards do! I am an Advocate for the State of MN & have seen abuse by cops myself, verbal, physical as well as emotional at times.
