Arizona Department of Corrections Interim Director Charles Ryan may soon be wearing the same orange jumpsuit as his nemesis, Mr. Anant Kumar Tripati.

For those of you (and there are many) who instantly believe any and everyone who is in prison is guilty of some sort of disgusting, heinous crime need not read any further. But in reality, Mr. Tripati is a prisoner-of-war - a pawn of former (and now current "Interim") Maricopa County attorney Rick Romley - who has already served 19 years of a 52.5 year prison sentence for a victimless "crime" which caused no property or any other damages, that Tripati did not commit.

Operation Nation has covered this story extensively and Mr. Tripati, because the Arizona Supreme Court, Arizona Attorney General's Office, and ADOC say he must pay thousands of dollars in filing fees to even submit any further appeals of the wrongful, illegal conviction (which he obviously cannot do), has now dedicated his life to exposing and bringing to justice thug Ryan and all his goons. In the words of Mr. Tripati, "like cockroaches, the executive staff of the ADOC resents light being shined on their scheming actions." This analogy also pertains to virtually all Arizona judges, prosecutors, police, and most politicians.

We'll start with goon #1 Daryl Johnson, who is the Legal Services Monitor of the ADOC. Not only is this fool stupid enough to openly advocate "firewalling" Mr. Tripati and blocking him from any and all access to the court system, but was dumb enough to put it in writing, via a September 2, 2008 memo which Mr. Tripati was savvy enough to obtain a copy of (read the Johnson memo HERE and another memo from Ryan HERE). These documents, and many others you will see throughout this article, have been deemed "forged" and/or "fake" by Ryan, even though the Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU) of the ADOC determined there was no probable cause to prosecute Mr. Tripati on forgery charges. In other words, the documents are authentic. Several Assistant Arizona Attorneys General, including Michael L. Broadsky, Susanna Pineda, James Morrow, Paul Carter, Michael O'Toole, and Kelly J. Morrissey have also made certain, through their actions or lack thereof, that Mr. Tripati will never be heard by any court anytime soon. It should also be noted that no other inmates at the ADOC are required to pay thousands of dollars before being heard in federal or state court, which obviously means Mr. Tripati is a target of Ryan and his goons.

Goon #2 is the ADOC Facilities Health Administrator (FHA), Gene Greeley. This animal, under direct orders from Ryan and Johnson (see the above memos), seized most of Mr. Tripati's property in late 2008 and early 2009, and "lost" medical records which authorized Mr. Tripati to receive a diet which conformed to his Hindu principles and food allergies. After these medical records were "lost," Greeley attempted to get Mr. Tripati to re-submit to food allergy testing, which would have exposed Mr. Tripati to whatever dangers those "medical" people in the ADOC felt the need to expose him to. In a matter of a few months, because Mr. Tripati could not eat the food the prison tried to force down his throat, he lost over 60 pounds and his blood pressure dipped to death levels. Ryan, again, simply covered for his goons (see the July 7, 2009 memo HERE).

And Tripati, by far, is not the only inmate who ADOC is trying to murder by withholding their special needs diets, mostly diabetics. We've obtaibed a short list of inmates (and their prison numbers) who are either extremely sick and/or close to dying because of ADOC malfeasance.

This list does not include those who has already died as a result of being denied insulin and/or low sugar and starch diets as diabetics.

The "officer" in charge of property - a female named M. Felix - was the rent-a-cop who "lost" the records after Johnson and Greeley ordered her to. It was discovered by Mr. Tripati that Felix was also involved in smuggling cell phones and drugs into the prison in exchange for money from prisoners. From what we've learned from another source, Felix also did sexual favors for inmates in exchange for money. It is common knowledge in the prison that the money Felix earned from her criminal activities was used to buy a new Ford truck, which from what we understand, she is driving to this day. Though Mr. Tripati showed hard evidence of Felix's criminal acts, she was simply moved to another unit as "punishment," as opposed to be prosecuted and/or fired.

Goon  #3 is Deputy Warden Keith Hartsuck, who [currently] oversees the Cimarron Unit in the Arizona State Prison Complex in Tucson. Hartsuck somehow "found" some of the "lost" propertry seized from Mr. Tripati after more than 20 other ADOC employees could find nothing. In other words, Hartsuck has had the property the whole time, and "found" some of it because of Mr. Tripati's persistence in getting his property back.  After it was determined that no criminal charges for "forgery" could be pressed against Tripati, Hartsuck told Mr. Tripati, in an April 2, 2010 memo that since he could not get to Tripati criminally, that he would instead, "use internal prison proceedings to interfere with pending judicial proceedings." Since that time, Tripati has had his phone privileges shortened, been locked in solitary confinement for god-knows how long, and was charged with an internal "major violation" of  "forgery," even though there was no probable cause to prosecute...all at the direction and encouragement of Hartsuck and his boss, Ryan.

It is the goal of Ryan and his goons to make sure Mr. Tripati does not survive to get too much more of the story out, as far as what goes on behind those prison walls. Yes, the people behind those bars are prisoners...all of whom have an Eighth Amendment right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment. In fact, Arizona state Senator Paula Aboud, D - Tucson, has contacted Ryan about her concerns over the human rights violations going on in those prisons.

People across the country are making a big fuss right now about the new Arizona immigration law (SB1070) which basically codified racial profiling in the state. But this law is far from new, as again, this has been Maricopa County attorney Rick Romley's goal since the late 1980s, and Mr. Tripati is now sitting in jail for discovering this in the early 1990s. Mr. Tripati is a victim of a terrorist, fascist government in Arizona and now can only hope he survives long enough to get the story out there and help others suffering as a result of this genocide. President Obama has proven to be scared of Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio and is apparently scared to use his power as President to inform Arizona they are violating nearly every article of the U.S. Constitution in their continual mass murder, incarceration, and persecution of average citizens whom are all mostly non-"white."
